- PHQ-9 Depression Screen — Mood. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 measures the severity of depressive symptoms over the past two weeks. Widely used and validated internationally.
- GAD-7 Anxiety Screen — Mood. The Generalised Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale identifies the severity of anxiety symptoms experienced over the past two weeks.

- Insomnia Severity Index — Sleep. The ISI measures the nature, severity, and impact of your sleep difficulties over the past two weeks — from trouble falling asleep to daytime functioning.
- Loneliness Scale (ULS-8) — Relationships. Based on the UCLA Loneliness Scale, this short measure reflects how connected — or isolated — you've been feeling in your relationships and daily life.
- Mindfulness (MAAS) — Mindfulness. The Mindful Attention Awareness Scale measures how present and attentive you tend to be in everyday life — versus running on autopilot.
- Self-Compassion Scale — Self-Worth. Based on the Self-Compassion Scale, this measure reflects how kindly — versus harshly — you tend to treat yourself when you struggle, fail, or feel inadequate.
- Dark Triad Personality Test — Personality. Based on the Short Dark Triad, this test maps three 'darker' personality tendencies — Machiavellianism (strategic manipulation), Narcissism (self-importance), and Psychopathy (callousness) — each on its own continuum.
- Grit Scale — Personality. Based on the Short Grit Scale, this measure reflects your perseverance and passion for long-term goals — your tendency to keep going through setbacks and stay the course.
